While our party will begin at 10:00 PM on Monday, April 4, please note that Holly and Cassandra's new books will be strictly held until their on-sale date of Tuesday, April 5, starting at 12:01 AM.
There is, if you want to attend, an RSVP email address:

where you can let S&S know that you're coming (just include your name. And the names of anyone coming with you. So they can make a list of names). You don't need to RSVP in order to come. You can just show up.HOWEVER, if you do RSVP, you get entered in a drawing to win a prize: two limited-edition short stories, one by me, one by Holly, signed; the letter from Jace to Clary, signed; a piece of jewelry expressly designed by Hebelmet for City of Fallen Angels, a hand-designed stele and other goodies, all in a gangster-style briefcase that can be handcuffed to your wrist for maximum security. :D
{Edited to add: PLEASE don't RSVP unless you're coming. You have to actually *be present at the event* to win the prize. We'll have two names of winners and a list of backup names and just keep going down the list until we get to someone who is actually present to get the prize. You can't win if you don't show up, so be nice and don't RSVP unless you're actually going to be there!}
I think it will be tons of fun, I've never done a midnight release before, and I am psyched. We will do our best to entertain you in the two hours between ten and midnight with readings and trivia games and Q and A's and perhaps light juggling.
